Measured Building Surveys
Measured building surveys can be required for all scopes of potential or existing projects. We are able to carry out internal measured surveys of buildings,external elevations or internal sections showing all features as required.
We use a combination of Leica Total Stations to record actual position and level & Leica Distos to record dimensions/measurements in order to produce comprehensive detailed surveys.
Features we include as standard: wall positions and thickness where possible; ceiling heights and floor levels; voids and recesses where accessible; ceiling beams and under heights; vertical columns; stairwells; structural plinths; window positions including window height and sill height; door position, hinge direction and height; toilets, sinks and urinals.
Features we include as standard for elevation drawings: building outline, ridge, eaves and roof lines; window and door openings; service detail such as down pipes and soil and vent pipes; structural building detail; floor line and floor levels.
