Adoptions
Chilcote Engineering Services provide an adoption service to developers , whereby they spend all the time necessary to liaise with the local authorities or sewer authority to achieve the adoption of the roads sewers or open spaces as required by their client ,who have not got the time or resources to do the works themselves.
This can be done by an hourly rate or by a lump sum amount.
The work would typically involve meeting with the clerk of works on site to agree a list of remedial works, obtaining quotations for carrying out the works, checking the works have been done and ensuring the paperwork is received so that any bond can be reduced or released.
